In our Building, the Soccer Center, we have parties every other sunday for our employees only. But, parties are only held whenever the manager is happy of the employee when completing certain assignments on task. Also, when having the building kept clean and going, for us to make profit. That will be when were having parties, or if we have celebrations, like birthday parties, or celebrating the employee of the month.
